\"24B-G1The 24B-G1 Rubber Top Roller Chain is a heavy-duty conveyor chain for transporting surface-sensitive materials \u2014 varnished timber, float glass, laminated board and composite sheet \u2014 without marking, scratching or denting the product surface. A bonded NBR or NR rubber overlay on each link provides a compliant, non-abrasive contact surface. The alloy steel body underneath delivers the full 160 kN (36,363 lbf) tensile strength of a standard 24B-1 chain. No special sprockets needed \u2014 it runs on any ISO 606 \/ DIN 8187 24B-1 sprocket.<\/p>\n

For production lines handling varnished timber, polished glass or laminated panel, even minor surface damage causes rejection and rework cost.
