Deskripsi
Corrosion Resistant Chains
Corrosion-resistant chains are designed for environments that are damp and contain corrosive chemicals. These chains are made from various metal alloys, such as stainless steel and nickel-plated alloys. They are also manufactured with lubricated steel to prevent corrosion. These chains are widely used in the food processing industry. Their corrosion-resistant properties make them an ideal choice for the food industry. Additionally, they can be used in industrial applications where frequent chain cleaning is required. If you need corrosion-resistant chains, consider the various options we offer.

Corrosion Resistant Zinc-plated Chains
If environmental conditions are harsh, galvanized chains are an ideal choice for outdoor applications. These chains offer excellent corrosion resistance and have the same breaking load and strength values as standard chains. They can withstand up to 250 hours of salt spray testing.

Corrosion Resistant Nickel-plated Chains
Nickel-plated roller chain is a mildly corrosive-resistant type of roller chain. Its nickel plating provides excellent strength and wear resistance. Its nickel plating is applied to individual chain components prior to assembly, ensuring that the entire surface area is covered. Nickel-plated chains are ideal for a variety of applications, including garage doors, boat lifts, and outdoor gate operators. You can find the highest quality nickel-plated chains at Ever-power.
These chains are available in a variety of styles and sizes, ranging from size 25 to 120. Small pitch chains are electroplated before assembly, while large pitch chains are electroplated after assembly. Although electroplated chains offer some rust resistance, their fatigue strength is lower than standard chains, so safety guards must be installed. Nickel-plated roller chains are typically pre-lubricated with mineral oil. Nickel-plated roller chains are a better choice for applications where chain breakage could cause serious damage to the machine. Whether the environment is mild or highly corrosive, nickel-plated chains provide excellent corrosion resistance while also offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Ever-power specializes in providing corrosion-resistant chains for the food industry. These chains are extremely durable and deliver optimal performance without lubrication. They meet all food processing standards and are 50% lighter than standard stainless steel chains. Furthermore, their bushing design prevents food particles from becoming trapped between chain components. As a result, they are quieter and lighter than traditional stainless steel chains.
The stainless steel corrosion-resistant chains are made from 316 stainless steel. This steel offers high corrosion resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 204 degrees Celsius). It is not as strong as carbon steel, but it is very durable. However, its tensile strength is not as high as that of carbon steel chains. Stainless steel chains are also available in AS and SS grades.
Sprockets for Chains
Sprockets and chains come in a wide variety of types. Some are made of stainless steel, while others are made of non-stainless steel. Stainless steel sprockets are ideal for harsh environments and are typically made from 304-grade stainless steel. You can also find 316-grade stainless steel sprockets, which are ideal for extremely corrosive environments. In addition to standard sizes, you can also find idler sprockets with built-in ball bearings.
Sprockets come in two standards: ISO and metric. ISO standard sprockets are used in most American, European, and Asian machinery. In the US, ISO standard sprockets are used to meet strict standards, while metric sprockets are more flexible and interchangeable with European chains. In most cases, sprockets are interchangeable, but there are some exceptions.
The most common types of sprockets are made of metal or reinforced plastic. These devices are closely related to gears, and their toothed wheel design allows them to span greater distances than the gears they work with. Most sprocket and chain systems are similar to bicycle chain assemblies.
When choosing a sprocket and chain, you must determine the chain size and pitch. Depending on your needs, you can choose a sprocket with wider teeth or smaller teeth. In addition to the pitch, you should also consider the size of the drive shaft. For example, if the chain is larger, a wider sprocket is needed. For smaller chains, a sprocket with smaller teeth is required. Similarly, you should also consider the bore size of the sprocket.
