Unlike conventional drive chains optimised purely for linear rigidity, SB series chains incorporate deliberate internal clearances and modified link-plate geometries that allow the chain to negotiate tight bends smoothly \u2014 eliminating the need for auxiliary transfer mechanisms, radius sprockets, or segmented conveyor sections.<\/p>\n

Our range spans ANSI and British Standard series covering pitches from 9.525 mm (#06BSBF1) up to 38.100 mm (#C2062F6SB), with minimum bend radii from 300 mm to 1,100 mm and tensile strengths from 8.0 kN to 55.6 kN. Carbon steel is standard; stainless 304\/316 and attachment-plate variants are available to order.<\/p>\n
