The attachment is rigid, aligned to chain pitch, and requires no welding or secondary machining to the link plates \u2014 preserving the full fatigue strength of the chain. Because pitch, roller diameter, and plate dimensions conform to ANSI B29.1 and ISO 606, hollow pin chains run on standard sprockets without tooling changes: a 60HP chain engages the same 19.05 mm-pitch sprocket as a conventional #60 roller chain.<\/p>\n
