How it works

01 — Link design

Inner link plates (plastic) and outer links (steel) are manufactured as separate components. A groove-and-protrusion geometry controls the lateral pivot angle precisely.

02 — Dual-axis hinge

Each hinge rotates about two axes: the standard in-plane articulation axis and a secondary lateral axis. Expanded pin–bushing clearances allow smooth sideways deflection.

03 — Load rating

Reduced bearing area means lower working loads vs. a αλυσίδα κυλίνδρων of the same pitch. Apply a 7:1 safety factor for steady loads; increase for shock or dynamic conditions.

Compatible sprockets and drive components

P12.75 anti-sidebow chains run with sprockets matched to the 12.75 mm pitch. Anti-sidebow sprockets use enlarged tooth clearances to accommodate expanded pin–bushing play. Available in carbon steel (plain or zinc-plated), case-hardened steel, and 304/316 stainless steel for corrosive environments.

Guide rails must be specified with a bend radius of at least 250 mm. Ever-Power supplies matched sprocket sets and provides engineering guidance on torque calculations, centre distance, and tensioner selection. Custom tooth counts and hub configurations are available for OEM applications.
