Simple Roller ChainsConveyor chain is standard roller chain modified with attachment plates, extended pins, hollow-pin links, or bent tabs that provide mounting points for the flights, buckets, slats, pusher bars, and scrapers that carry material along the conveyor path. The chain itself conforms to ISO 606 or ANSI B29.1 dimensional standards — allowing it to run on standard roller chain sprockets — while the attachment geometry is specified for each application. Ever Power produces conveyor chain across the full pitch range from 12.70 mm to 76.20 mm in carbon steel and stainless steel, with attachment type, frequency, and orientation specified at order. Custom attachment geometries are available from 50 m minimum with 4–6 week lead time from drawing approval.
