A standard-pitch conveyor chain with a vulcanised rubber pad bonded to every inner link. The rubber surface grips product firmly on inclined and horizontal conveyors — eliminating slippage without scratching packaging or bare-metal parts. Manufactured to ANSI B29.1 / ISO 606 dimensions in carbon steel and stainless steel.

Compatible Sprockets
The 10A-G1 runs on any standard ANSI 50-1 / ISO 10A-1 sprocket. Tooth count, bore diameter, hub style (plain, keyway, taperlock, QD), and material (C45 steel, cast iron, SS304) are all selectable.
We manufacture matched sprockets in the same facility to guarantee dimensional compatibility. A pre-matched chain-and-sprocket set eliminates fitment risk — specify tooth count and shaft diameter when enquiring.
Engineering tip: When running rubber top chain over sprockets, specify a slightly wider tooth-root radius (Ri) on the sprocket profile to reduce localised rubber deformation at the roller seat. Send us your existing sprocket drawing for a free compatibility check.
