ANSI 60 roller chain runs on a 3/4 inch (19.05 mm) pitch and is the most commonly specified ANSI chain in the medium-to-heavy industrial drive range. Its load capacity — 31.3 kN minimum tensile in 60-1 simplex, 62.6 kN in 60-2 duplex — covers the majority of conveyor, materials handling, and process equipment drives that exceed the capacity of the 50 series without requiring the substantially heavier 80 series. Ever Power manufactures both configurations to full ASME B29.1 tolerances with alloy steel construction throughout and proof-load testing on every production batch.

ISO Cross-Reference: ANSI 60-1 and ISO 12A-1 share the 19.05 mm pitch and 11.91 mm roller diameter. Not interchangeable with ISO 12B-1 which uses a 12.07 mm roller and 11.68 mm inner width — confirm standard before ordering.
Material and Construction
Side Plates
SAE 1040–1050 cold-stamped. Precision pitch-hole punching to ±0.005 mm diameter tolerance. Alloy steel (20CrMnTi) for SH heavy-series on request.
Pins & Bushings
Gas-carburised pins 58–64 HRC surface, 35–45 HRC core. Through-hardened bushings 50–58 HRC. Cotter-pin connecting links standard for 60-2.

Shot-peened carbon steel, 58–64 HRC. Compressive residual stress extends fatigue life. Batch proof-load tested to 50% of minimum tensile before despatch.
