Усиленные роликовые цепи имеют более толстые боковые пластины для повышения их усталостной прочности и рабочей нагрузки. Они оптимальны для тяжелой техники, мини-погрузчиков и сельскохозяйственных работ. Ассортимент усиленных цепей велик, и в нашем магазине «Цепи и звездочки» представлены как двухрядные, так и однорядные цепи. Вы также можете выбрать усиленные цепи с клиновым креплением. Самые маленькие цепи выдерживают всего несколько фунтов, в то время как самые большие цепи могут выдерживать до тысячи фунтов на погонный фут. Heavy-duty roller drive chains feature reinforced side plates that are measurably thicker than standard-series chains of the same pitch, delivering superior fatigue resistance and higher load capacity in demanding industrial environments. Our range covers ANSI/ISO chain numbers 35H through 240H in single-strand (simplex), double-strand (duplex), and triple-strand (triplex) configurations, with ultimate tensile strength from 7.9 kN up to 1,500 kN. A full selection of non-standard H-series chains in BSS (B-series) profiles is also available.

Типы роликовых цепей для тяжелых условий эксплуатации

ANSI H-Series (Standard Heavy-Duty)

The ANSI H-series designates heavy-duty chains by an “H” suffix — 40H, 60H, 80H, etc. They share the same pitch and sprocket tooth profile as standard-series chains but carry thicker side plates throughout. The 80H-1, for example, achieves 56.7 kN ultimate tensile strength versus 35.8 kN for a standard 80 chain. All conform to ANSI/ASME B29.1 and can run on the same sprocket as standard chains of the same pitch, provided tooth clearance is confirmed.

Offset Chain

Heavy-duty offset роликовая цепь uses an offset link adding half a pitch to the assembly, enabling odd link counts without a special connecting link. Ideal for confined centre-distance drives where sprockets sit close together. Built from medium-carbon steel — cold-pressed, bent after annealing, and impact-extruded at the pin hole for a smooth inner bore surface that resists metal fatigue. Widely used in mining, grain processing, and steel-mill applications.

Leaf Chain (BL Series)

BL-series leaf chains conform to ASME B29.8 and are engineered for moderate-to-heavy lifting — forklift masts, counterweight drives, and hoist systems. They carry no rollers; load transfers entirely through interlaced link plates and pins in combined tension and shear. The result is a very high tensile-strength-to-width ratio far exceeding a conventional roller chain of equivalent pitch, in a compact, low-profile assembly.

Silent Chain

Silent chains use multiple toothed link plates in closely spaced parallel rows that engage sprocket teeth with a smooth meshing action, eliminating the roller-contact impact that generates noise in conventional chains. Operating noise and vibration are dramatically reduced, while power density per unit of chain width exceeds that of roller chains. The flat back can be guided against a rail, making silent chains suitable for high-speed cam drives, timing drives, and noise-critical installations.

Sprocket Drive Systems

Because H-series side plates are thicker than standard-series plates of the same pitch, a sprocket designed for a standard double-strand chain may not provide adequate tooth clearance when fitted with a heavy-duty chain. Always verify sprocket groove width against the chain’s plate thickness before installation, or order a matched heavy-duty sprocket. Ever-Power supplies full-range sprockets — single, double, and triple strand — with tooth profiles optimised for H-series geometry, in finished-bore and plain-bore versions.

For capacity upgrades in fixed-centre-distance drives, stepping from simplex to triplex at the same pitch is often the most practical solution. Moving from a 60H-1 (31.8 kN) to a 60H-3 (95.4 kN) triples available chain pull while retaining the existing shaft centres and sprocket pitch circles — only the sprocket width and chain width change.
