The 10B-G2F5 Rubber Top Roller Chain is a hybrid conveyance component that bonds a factory-vulcanized elastomeric pad profile directly onto the outer link plates of an ISO 10B base chain. The designation is precise: 10B identifies the ISO 606 chain with a 15.875 mm pitch; G2F5 specifies the flat-face pad geometry — a continuous rubber surface bonded across the full conveyor-running width of the chain.
The engineering problem it solves: how to move delicate, finished, or geometrically irregular products with positive traction — without scratching, denting, or fracturing the surface. Bare steel will always mark soft timber, glass, or glazed ceramics.
