The 10B-G2 rubber top chain is a duplex (double-strand) roller chain built to ISO 10B-2 / DIN 8187, with a pitch of 15.875 mm and vulcanised rubber top plates bonded to every link. The “G2” designation marks the second-generation rubber-top design: wider pin span, larger rollers, and an advanced rubber profile that delivers superior grip and near-zero slippage — even under the high-torque, high-speed conditions found in modern conveyor systems.
Chain bodies are available in alloy steel (45Mn, 42CrMo, 20CrMo) or stainless steel (SS304, SS316). Rubber inserts are supplied in NBR (oil-resistant, Shore A 65–75 or 75–85) or NR (natural rubber).
