Sharp top roller chains are purpose-built for the forestry, lumber, and timber-processing industries, where reliable material grip, resistance to sawdust packing, and long service life under continuous load are non-negotiable. Each chain is manufactured from top-grade alloy steel, heat-treated to achieve the hardness necessary to resist corrosion and oxidation while retaining strength at elevated operating temperatures.

The solid center plate design — a defining feature of this product line — virtually eliminates breakage caused by sawdust and wood-chip compaction, the single most common failure mode in sawmill conveyor chains. The tooth profile is engineered to the optimal degree of sharpness: deep enough to physically grip lumber moving along the conveyor, yet refined to minimise bruising, tear-out, and surface damage to finished timber.
