The C100HSP-00 is a heavy-duty, high-strength roller chain engineered for continuous operation under extreme load and vibration conditions. With a minimum tensile strength of 250 kN, a pitch of 31.75 mm, and a validated fatigue life exceeding 10 million cycles, it is a dependable drive component for quarrying equipment, construction machinery, and heavy industrial production lines where standard roller chains would fail prematurely.
Unlike standard 100-1 roller chain, every component in the C100HSP-00 uses a dedicated alloy grade selected for its structural role — 42CrMo case-hardened pins, 35CrMo heat-treated rollers, 20CrMo carburised sleeves, and 40Mn alloy steel plates. The result is a chain that occupies the same envelope as a standard 100-series drive but delivers a substantially higher load margin, extending replacement intervals and reducing unplanned downtime costs.

Existing 100-series sprockets remain fully compatible. Operators upgrade chain strength without retooling or re-engineering the drive.

Fatigue life is measured, not estimated. For a 24-hour continuous drive running at 1,500 RPM, 10 million cycles corresponds to roughly 111 hours of non-stop operation — repeated over the chain’s service life. In practice, maintenance intervals are predictable and planned, reducing emergency downtime costs significantly.
▶ Pre-lubricated Option for Sealed Environments
Optional factory pre-lubrication packs grease into the pin-sleeve-roller interface at assembly, under controlled pressure. This extends the initial lubrication interval to 200+ hours and is recommended for enclosed drives where re-lubrication access is difficult or where contamination must be minimised.

Installation & Maintenance Guidelines
⚠ Note on sprocket condition: Always inspect sprocket tooth profiles when fitting a new chain. Fitting a new chain on a worn sprocket will halve the expected service life of the replacement. When tooth profile loss exceeds 10%, replace sprocket and chain together.
